This site is operated by Osman Daggezen. Advisory services are provided through OD Pharma Consulting, registered in the RAKEZ Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. This notice explains what personal data the site collects and how it is used.

What is collected

Emails sent to hello@osmandaggezen.com are received and answered directly. When you request the full self-check report, the site collects your name, work email, company, role, country, your answers and score, and whether you asked for a follow-up. Self-check answers you do not submit stay in your browser.

How it is used

The data is used to send your report, respond to your request and, if you asked for it, arrange a conversation. Anonymized and aggregated self-check results may be used to publish benchmark insights on pharma Omnichannel maturity. Individual answers and names are never published.

Legal basis and sharing

Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Data is never sold. It is processed by the website host and the email and booking services that deliver the report and calls, under their standard data protection terms.

Retention and your rights

Contact details are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@osmandaggezen.com.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. No advertising cookies are used.
