About me
Osman has 20+ years of technology implementation and management, digital transformation, digital marketing, and multi-channel marketing project experience, establishing global organizations, teams, and project management experiences.
Between 1999-2004, he developed software in the fields of Finance and CRM in various companies.
Osman took different roles in technology management and digital/multi-channel marketing at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals between 2004-2019, managing the implementation of global solutions for digital marketing and multi-channel marketing activities of many countries in various geographies.
As Global Senior Director, 2019-2020, he led Pfizer’s Upjohn business unit’s digital/omnichannel marketing and marketing operations processes & platforms to separate from Pfizer and operate independently within Upjohn. He established and managed digital/omnichannel marketing, marketing operations global centers of excellence (CoE) within Upjohn.
In 2020-2022, he founded the digital/multi-channel marketing ecosystem solution, process and organization, and global marketing operations organizations, which forms the basis of the global digital transformation of the Viatris pharmaceutical company formed by the merger of Upjohn and Mylan (global generic pharmaceutical company) as the Global Vice President. He has led these organizations with 40+ team members around the world.
Osman is the author of “Omnichannel Customer Engagement in Pharma: A guide to Pharma professionals on how Digital Transformation can lead to Omnichannel Customer Engagement”, a book written for Pharma professionals.
