Multichannel marketing refers to the usage of the combination of traditional and digital channels while interacting with the customers. So, it is beyond the digital marketing and includes all possible ways of customer communication channels in an integrated way.

What does it take to do multichannel marketing successfully implemented accross your business ?

1- Having a single view of the customer across all channels as “360 view of customers”.
2- Establish a multichannel marketing platform “seamlessly” integrated with each communication channel.
3- Creating a consistent customer experiences across all channels.

Once a company is able to achieve implementing all of these 3 requirements, it can successfully bring life its mutichannel marketing strategy through these components.
